How to Find Us

Our office is in Escalon, a small town about halfway between Modesto and Stockton, California. Located at 1415 Oklahoma Avenue, our redwood office building is in the first block north of the intersection of Oklahoma Avenue and California Street.

From the Bay Area:

Take 580 East. On the east side of the Altamont, stay left to continue east on the 205. After the 205 merges with I-5 North, go 1 mile and take the Highway 120 East exit. Continue to the Highway 99 interchange. Stay left to take 99 North/120 East. Take the first exit off 99, turning right to continue on 120 East. Go about 11 miles to Brennan Road. Turn right on Brennan and go south about ½ mile to First Street. Turn left on First and go east ½ mile. When you reach the far end of El Portal Middle School on the right, turn left on Oklahoma.

From Highway 99:

From the south: Take Highway 99 North through Modesto to the Kiernan Road exit. At the end of the off-ramp, turn right. Go east on Kiernan about 5 miles until you reach the traffic signal at McHenry Avenue. Turn left and go north on McHenry about 6 miles into Escalon, to the first traffic signal. This is First Street. Turn left on First, crossing the railroad tracks. Go about ½ mile and turn right on Oklahoma.

From the north: Take Highway 99 South to Manteca and exit at Yosemite Avenue/Hwy 120 East. Turn left at the end of the off-ramp. Go approximately 11 miles to Brennan Road. Turn right on Brennan and go about ½ mile to First Street. Turn left and go ½ mile. When you reach the far end of El Portal Middle School, turn left onto Oklahoma.

From I-5:

From the south: Take I-5 North to the Highway 120 East exit. Continue to the Highway 99 interchange. Stay left to take 99 North/120 East. Take the first exit off 99, turning right to continue on 120 East. Go about 11 miles to Brennan Road. Turn right on Brennan and go south about ½ mile to First Street. Turn left on First and go east ½ mile. When you reach the far end of El Portal Middle School on the right, turn left on Oklahoma.

From the north: Take I-5 South through Stockton to the French Camp Road exit. Take this exit and turn left at the stop sign. Continue until the road ends at Highway 120. Turn left onto 120 and go about 5 miles to Brennan Road. Turn right on Brennan and go about ½ mile to First Street. Turn left and go ½ mile. When you reach the far end of El Portal Middle School, turn left onto Oklahoma.

From Highway 120 West:

Take Highway 120 through Oakdale and into Escalon. Continuing through town, you will go through 2 traffic signals and cross the railroad tracks. Take the next left, onto Irwin Avenue (just before the Church of Christ). Go 1 block to California Street and turn left. Go 2 blocks to the stop sign at Oklahoma. Turn left.
