FeesBefore you undergo any kind of treatment, you must have at least a basic clinical examination - a must for any new client. Simply, we need to evaluate your current dental and oral conditions so we can work with you to come up with the best plan of action. When you call to schedule your first appointment, we’ll decide on the best range of testing and evaluation to start with and discuss the costs with you before scheduling. It is impossible to quote exact costs for any specific course of treatment until after your current health situation has been thoroughly charted and analyzed. This is because you are an individual. Your health situation is unique, driven by your unique dental and medical history. And not only is your situation different from the next person’s; your priorities differ, too, as well as the level of financial, physical and emotional investment you are willing to make. After Dr. Verigin has thoroughly analyzed the clinical and historical information about your situation, he will share his findings and discuss treatment options with you. He will listen to your thoughts, feelings and desires on the matter and answer any questions you may have. He will outline his recommended treatment plan, and our office manager JoAnne will discuss fees and payments with you. Fees for services provided by outside clinics or labs (e.g., blood tests, serum compatibility testing, imaging) will be charged to the client by the clinics or labs used. PaymentsPayment is expected in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. InsuranceWe will gladly submit the paperwork for your insurance. When you visit our office, please make sure that we have all the necessary information, including up-to-date ID cards. Do remember, though, that your benefits contract is between you, your insurance provider and, as applicable, your employer. We cannot guarantee that your insurance provider will pay for any given treatment. All fees are ultimately the client’s responsibility.
